THE QUILT

Hi, my name is SP4 Greg Payne I'am your webmaster for this site,  and as I told you in the site description the original site went down about 12 years ago and the webmaster had left for a family emergency and showed up only 8 years later then disappeared again until date.  I have tried to do something about it since then, like trying to track down the original site url http://www.google.com/search?q=main+menu+page+site:www.silverrose.info but I found that he had put all of our information in chronological order and made only one copy so when it got sabotaged we lost everything making the AGENT ORANGE SILVER ROSE MEDAL... "WORTHLESS" ALL RECORDS ON DATE OF ISSUE, BRANCH OF SERVICE, THE CERTIFICATE SERIAL NUMBER FOR BOTH THE LIVING AND THE DEAD HAVE BEEN TOTALLY LOST.  SO WITHOUT ALL THESE BACK RECORDS IT TAKE AWAY FROM THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MEDAL TO JUST THAT'S IT, IT'S JUST A MEDAL WITH NO PROOF OF WHY IT'S A MEDAL WHY WAS IT ISSUED AND WHO ISSUED IT ALL COMES INTO PLAY...THE GOVERNMENT  WAS BEHIND THE WHOLE THING FROM THE BEGINING TO THE END THAT'S WHO IT WAS ANOTHER CONSPIRACY.

SO I WILL INTRODUCE TO YOU SOMEONE WHO IS EQUALLY DEDICATED TO OUR CAUSE THAT I HAVE PERSONALLY HAD THE HONOR TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND THAT IS "JENNIE LEFEVRE" AND EVEN SHE IS DEAD NOW BUT HER FAMILY PLEDGES TO GO ON WITH HER GOALS FOR US TO BE FULFILLED TO THE END. SO I WILL INTRODUCE TO YOU "JENNIE LEFEVRE AND FAMILY" (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FLAW IN THE PROGRAM CAUSED BY A MARINE THAT CALLS HIMSELF "GUNNY'' AND SAYS THIS IS NOT A VALID SITE WHEN IT IS IT MAKES ONE OF MY FILES PAGE POP UP PLEASE JUST CLICK MY FILE PAGE OFF AND YOU WILL GET TO GO WERE YOU WILL NEED TO GO THANK YOU.)

Jennie Lefevre

Did alot of promotion for Agent Orange, and the Silver Rose Medal through her life long quilting project she called, "THE QUILT OF TEARS". two of her family members had died of Agent Orange because they had gone to Vietnam like we all did back then.  She can be seen in the picture posted above this message of her two family members who were Vietnam Veterans and had died in later life of Agent Orange she also made you a special Agent Orange bracelet with your name engraved in anodized Orange Aluminium and recorded your name in her records so that your name would be sewn into her huge quilt as a registered Agent Orange Victim from the Vietnam War.  Jennie passed away about ten years ago at 89 years of age but her family has promised us all that every last name will be sewed into their own quilted square until every last Vietnam Veteran Victim of Agent Orange will be recorded into one huge quilt she called her "QUILT OF TEARS" I had the honor to be notified by her family that I was Jennie's last customer and that was being notified that she had died while working on my Agent Orange Bracelet so that was why the delay and the family finished it up and sent out to me with an apology to me and to all Vietnam Veterans that they will be finishing Jennie's goal of recording all of us on her "QUILT OF TEARS," and this poem was found posted on her website I have it posted below this message.  God Bless  SP4 Greg Payne

Quilt of HolesSubmitted By: twoangelsAs I faced my Maker at the last judgment, I kneltbefore the Lord along with all the other souls.
Before each of us laid our lives like the squaresof a quilt in many piles; an angel sat before each of us sewing ourquilt squares together into a tapestry that is our life.
But as my angel took each piece of cloth off thepile, I noticed how ragged and empty each of my squares was. They were filled with giant holes. Each square was labeled with a part of my life that hadbeen difficult, the challenges and temptations I was faced with inevery day life. I saw hardships that I endured, which were the largest holes of all.
I glanced around me. Nobody else had suchsquares. Other than a tiny hole here and there, the other tapestries were filledwith rich color and the bright hues of worldly fortune. I gazed upon my ownlife and was disheartened.
My angel was sewing the ragged pieces of cloth together, threadbare and empty, like binding air.
Finally the time came when each life was to bedisplayed, held up to the the scrutiny of truth. The others rose; eachin turn, holding up their tapestries. So filled their lives had been.My angel looked upon me, and nodded for me to rise.
My gaze dropped to the ground in shame. I hadn'thad all the earthly fortunes. I had love in my life, and laughter. Butthere had also been trials of illness, and wealth, and falseaccusations that took from me my world, as I knew it. I had to start over manytimes. I often struggled with the temptation to quit, only to somehow muster the strength to pick up and begin again. I spent many nights on my knees inprayer, asking for help and guidance in my life. I had often been held up toridicule, which I endured painfully, each time offering it up to the Fatherin hopes that I would not melt within my skin beneath the judgmental gaze ofthose who unfairly judged me.
And now, I had to face the truth. My life waswhat it was, and I had to accept it for what it was.I rose and slowly lifted the combined squares ofmy life to the light.
An awe-filled gasp filled the air. I gazed aroundat the others who stared at me with wide eyes.
Then, I looked upon the tapestry before me. Lightflooded the many holes, creating an image, the face of Christ. Then ourLord stood before me, with warmth and love in His eyes. He said, "Every timeyou gave over your life to Me, it became My life, My hardships, and Mystruggles.
Each point of light in your life is when youstepped aside and let Me shine through, until there was more of Me than there wasof you."
May all our quilts be threadbare and worn, allowingChrist to shine through!
